They should see how a community website, curated listings, registration flow, and request path can become a brokerage launch.
Open Rising HillsBefore the call
Ask them to think about one community, listing campaign, agent group, registration workflow, or routing problem worth testing first.
Open request pathWhat the walkthrough will cover
The Working Demo is meant to make the live walkthrough faster. Review the public story first, then use the call to ask how AIRES would route, track, and report on your real leads.
We will start with the Rising Hills example so you can see how a focused community, listing campaign, or registration path could look.
Jackson will then screen-share the protected Hub so the inbox, routing, agent ownership, reporting, and follow-up workflow are clear.
The call should end with one practical launch idea, one owner or decision path, and the CRM/export questions AIRES needs to support.
What the prospect should understand
A polished community or campaign site that can replace a fragile, generic web presence with a focused brokerage launch.
Forms and visitor behavior become useful context for routing, follow-up, agent ownership, and broker accountability.
The Hub is shown live on the walkthrough so protected workflows make sense before any role-specific access is created.
The first launch can start small, then expand into more communities, agents, registration workflows, CRM handoff, and support.
